Saloni has been ISO 9001 certified for Quality Management Systems since 1994. This international standard sets out the requirements for a quality management system and is considered a strategic decision that helps us to improve our overall performance and provides us with a solid basis for sustainable development initiatives. The cornerstone of this standard is continuous improvement in all processes to meet established requirements and satisfy customer needs.

Certification to this Standard assures our customers that Saloni has the capability to meet stakeholder needs, applicable legal and regulatory requirements; that it addresses the risks and opportunities associated with our context and objectives; and that it is able to demonstrate conformity to specified requirements.

CCC certification

The Chinese Compulsory Certification, known as CCC (China Compulsory Certification) is a requirement for certain imported and domestic products to be used, marketed, sold, imported or distributed.

Specifically in ceramic tiles, it applies only to group BIa, porcelain tiles with water absorption less than or equal to 0.5%. Saloni has held this certificate since 2007.

UPEC

The French QB UPEC certification offers the user the guarantee that the products delivered bearing the QB and UPEC logos are in conformity with the provisions of the NF EN 14411 standard in accordance with these certification rules and that these products have the characteristics of use referred to in the CSTB (French Scientific and Technical Centre for Construction) regulation entitled "Technical specifications for the UPEC classification of ceramic floor coverings". Respectively, the four letters indicate:

U: resistance to abrasion caused by foot traffic.
P: mechanical resistance to the displacement of moving and stationary objects.
E: behaviour in presence of water.
C: resistance to commonly used chemicals.
